Phase 1: Holistic Approach to Pain and Issues
The first phase of healing aims to heal 25% of injuries. In this phase, a certified ANF Therapist does a thorough assessment. It involves a questionnaire, a detailed history, and a physical examination to assess the severity of the disease. This phase includes palpation and application of ANF Devices according to a customised ANF protocol. A few patients may feel detox symptoms during this phase.
Phase 2: In-depth focus phase
The in-depth focus phase aims to reduce pain by 50%. This stage focuses more on the in-depth application of ANF Devices in the affected areas. Patients usually feel significant improvement in areas of inflammation.
During this phase, patients may feel the pain has shifted to other areas unrelated to existing injuries. However, the ANF Therapist targets new areas of pain and inflammation in this phase.
Phase 3: Regeneration phase
Phase 4: Maintenance phase

Importance of Hydration:
We advise consuming 1 to 2 glasses of water hourly, ceasing this intake an hour before bedtime. Additionally, drink an extra glass of water for every cup of coffee, beer, wine, or similar beverages you enjoy. Optimal hydration is indicated by urine that is colourless or very pale yellow. Maintaining good hydration reduces the likelihood of experiencing symptoms associated with detoxification.
Dr. Mikel H.G Hoff suggests that the patient’s urine must be colourless before going to bed. It indicates the optimal hydration status required for initiating the natural healing process.
